- Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately at contact@bagimode.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
