1.2. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will have already been processed and shipped, and we will be unable to cancel it.

2.1. To request a cancellation, please provide your order number and reason for the cancellation. We will respond promptly with instructions regarding the next steps.
2.2. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Refund & Return Policy to return the item after receiving it.
3. Refund After Cancellation
3.1. If the cancellation is successful before your order has been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Exceptions to Cancellation Policy
